WOW.. Awesome show. I really loved the setup. Lots of Erik Buell Racing swag around the garage. They allowed questions from Facebook and studio audience. I got through and asked him if the 1190RS would be racing at Infinieon... Thats a no go. Maybe Barber but there is no time table. I believe Erik said all he has is time! Not sure how i missed it, but this was only 1 of 3 shows. Next Erik Buell Racing show is next Friday! April 15th and April 29th are the next two shows. Loved it! Turns out you have to turn off popup blocking. Good grief. Would have been nice to know in advance. Then you need to allow them to access all your FBook info. Fail.  | ||

first one to Erik was "ask what Erik Buell Racing has in the works as far as mass production, lower cost, and possibly a motocrosser 450, THANKS!" the answer was rather vague and brief not much to enlighten anything, which i understand. the second to Geoff (only person to ask him something) "when starting out riding and trying to get faster and be a better rider what should be the main things you should focus on?" - his response was ALOT OF SEAT TIME! basically all in all i was delighted to have anything answered! i tried to ask about the motorcrosser and the old "sugar" prototype but the guy asking the questions to erik over the Comp. didnt know if he'd get in trouble so i let it slide lol Jake here's the link of the online questions: http://www.facebook.com/#!/craftsman/posts/203070926380514 (Message edited by ridenusa4l on April 08, 2011) | ||

Blake, I agree. Host mentioned 3 parts to Erik Buell Racing. I thought i heard it, but wasn't sure. Then they posted this on there comments.... "Craftsman It's our pleasure, Philip. Be sure to check our other to shows with Erik Buell Racing on April 15th and April 29th!" Could be a mix-up, who knows. Either way it was a great show! Fun stuff! Well, I recorded the whole thing on VHS *yes, VHS* but it came out lousy because the audio got mixed with, I think, the intro clip at first until I turned off the clip sound. Then the video went blank for about 6 seconds but the audio continued, and so it continued with that audio lag to the end. Grrr. Regardless, it was a great interview seeing Erik all excited and humble at the same time, Geoff and the engineers looking confident giving precise answers about the 1190RS, and seeing all the Buellers in attendance. | ||
