Buell-less for the first time since 2003. I sold my 1125r because I had an itch for a Ural or BMW airhead. Just picked up a 1987 R80 w/ S fairing. The top end was just rebuilt w/ 1000 cc jugs and the heads reworked and milled. Bought her from a fellow down near Miami and rode her the 275 miles home. I think she is a real looker. Hope you guys don't mind me still hanging around here. I will own another Buell or two or three... in the future.   | ||

YO Adrian! Don't worry. They still let me hang around and I'm on a Hardley. The only thing you have to do is bring it to the next Buell rally and ride it over a cliff....LOL I can show you how if you like  Nice air head by the way. She's defiantly a looker | ||

Neat looking bike. And yes, you can stay, well at least I plan on sticking around after I get my bonneville. 1 Saturday worked, 7 to go and I should have my down payment together for it. | ||

Adrian, I am Buelless again as well... I have the ST1300 and I still plan on going to the Buell events and oh what this lil red head will do, in the corners, on the straights and touring is just the icing on the cake. Congrats on the airhead, she's purdy~ | ||

I am seriously eying the Ural in camo orange. If I do go that way, the Buell will probably have to go. It is the realization that I like riding off road more than on pavement, and the new girl wont ride on back, but she will ride in a side car. I will be back if Erik Buell Racing puts out the 450 in DS or SM form, But I think my days of rolling the orange CityX are coming to a close. 50K, with over a third off road, it was a great ride. Zero Regrets. |
