Wow that's a big gar. I'm not a treehugger, but I think hunting or fishing for sport is ridiculous. Animals need killing sometimes. I get that...food, protection of livestock, danger to life. But to calculatingly seek out trophies for the sake of vanity or killing for fun is irresponsible and symptomatic of deeper issues. Just my opinion. You are free to disagree. Now if that gar were 400m long, we'd probably have to nuke it on sight. |
