It's the new Buell Ride Share program. It's like a Time Share but tons better.

The bike costs $40,000 There are 52 weeks in a year. 40K divided by 52 = 769.23 (+ Tax, Insurance, registration, title, etc.) I figure it would cost about a grand, once it's all added up.

The squids only bother me if I get stuck behind them as they park it in the corners...but really they tend to stick the Starbucks and running up and down the main drags with straight pipes.
