Holed the piston, desrtoyed the head and filled the engine up with metal pieces. Done with that bike, had always been kind of a pain in the ass. Sold it last month for what i could get for it. The good news i just bought an 08 1125r. Black with the faring lowers with less than 800 miles. I'll post some pic's when i can resize them. The funny thing about it is i looked far and wide. Ended up buying it from the local h/d, buell dealer. Funny.. I bought my 2002 X1 in December of '08 after it dropped a front exhaust valve and holed the front piston. One 1250 kit and a little TLC later.. damn I love that bike! Congrats on the new ride! They wouldn't budge much on price. But it wasn't priced bad to start. I even got my wife in the negotiations They were tough, Spring is soon. We will be riding. The D and D exhaust has some bite and will take some getting used to. But I love it. Big improvement over the x-1
