seen a car on blocks, but to assume that is what happened here - someone stole the landing gear, part of wing, door etc - is stupid and, to me, not funny. Im not a fan of fake 'funny' stuff if it was real, that it'd actually gotten jacked, yeah, thatd be funny, be we know thats not the case
I got the joke, it was worth a smile.. no reason to bust the OP's balls just because it didn't bring you to tears..
As for the reality of the photo, obviously nothing has been stolen. Those stands are some times used during long-term maintenance procedures to keep the gear out of the way and allow for removal of a lot of other major components. Since the stands are spread out like they are in the picture, maintainers no longer have to worry about keeping the aircraft properly weighed and balanced.
My guess from looking at the condition and location of the craft, is that it's being used for some sort of training. There's a similar setup on the base where I work that the Fire Dept. regularly sets on fire.
