That thing is HUGE !!! I have to fix it for my friend. He doesn't know the difference between a sledgehammer and a jewelers loupe. He fell and broke the front blinker stem and bent the shifter. |

Nothing Against Buell's. Rode them for 11 years and you how many??? Do me a favor don't go there. I found the 954 to be the bike for me. Man I haven't post for two months and the crap begins. |

Really nice bike, but I'd end up trashing the plastic in a year and converting it to a streetfighter - I'm rough on the plastic stuff - lol EZ |

I was only making a weak-ass joke. If you look closely to my pics you will see 1 waterpumper, and a total of 4 Jap bikes. |

>>>Man I haven't post for two months and the crap begins. Hahahaha . . you think it's bad here . . go over the the Honda boards and tell them you ditched your Honda for a Buell and see what happens. They'd crucify your ass. The CBR is a lot of fun. When the CBR1100 was under development, about the time the S1 was, I used to meet the Honda R&D guy out in the Mojave and we'd spend a day playing together. . . I got to log quite a few miles on the XX and never had any complaints. Great touring bike as well. |

Bads1 did you by the Cbr new? In fl never buy a used one. Wheelie boys kill them all the time. oil starvation from 9 mile wheelies! Hondas are like Volvos too perfect No soul for the most part. |

954RR great bike BUT those blinkers gotta go I swear it must have taken Honda two decades to update the blinker design on their bikes. |

I don't know about that, I liked riding the F4i quite a bit, and I nearly had an RC51 or Interceptor instead of a Buell. I think Honda makes a top shelf bike that is a lot of fun and has a great feel to it, some Suzuki's are a bit soulless IMO (gixxer 600) but the 1k is formidable and the busa has quite a cult flowing and persona about it. (having ridden one that was moderately modded I can say they are impressive and fun in a panic attack sort of way) |

Court, I am on the CBR forums. They have seen pics of my Buell. Funny they loved it. I had less negative response there about it then here.LOL Ken, I bought the bike with 721 miles on it this past Sept. I took the fender off and put the exhaust. It was a stocker. Blake, Not at all. Funny just very different in the Honda camp. As far as the turnsignal's??? Yeah something is going to happen just don't know what just yet for the rear. The front will be getting the Euro signal's that mount within the factory location that is in the headlight. Its not used here in the US. |

I think saying that you used to have a Buell and replaced with a Honda on a Honda forum is a little different than saying the same on a Buell forum, and then adding that you should have done it a long time ago. We'll all welcome you as much as you'd like to be here, but pissing on the brand that this forum is all about and being surprised at a little, even light-hearted, backlash is a bit foolish. My one-car garage fits my car, two bikes, snowblower (getting a LOT of use this year!), lawn mower, tons of extra bike crap and tools, parts, firewood... amazing it all gets in there and there's still room to move around. |

Next to the Buell I have this heavy machinery...
2006 Vulcan 2000, looks a lot different now. Besides the two bikes there's two workbenches, a roll around tool box, a small fridge for cold drinks, an upright freezer, lots of stained glass and miscellaneous crap. |
