Had to take a ride before the snowstorm hits, road around to find one till the roads started getting too slippery, ... then I remembered there was a big Santa around the corner from my house. No Santa hat.. Would an Elmer Fudd hat do??   | ||

OK.....it's 27 degrees outside and it just snowed so... How about a pic of your bike parked at an entrance to a popular beach, with a sign and the sand/lake/ocean in the backround. (extra points for a girl in a bikini sitting on it) -OR- I know its a riding game but... If your snowed in this will work too: A pic of all your riding jackets together. (all of them) for all 4 seasons. (extra points if your girls pajamas are in the pic too, not the girl just the pajamas, but thats totally up to you) Can we do that??? | ||

Well, thanks to Jim2...   I know...they're not a sign and a beach in the same pic...close enough? (and sorry, no bikini girls either...it was 42 degrees) Now to think of something new...hmmm....OK, this will be mainly for 1125 owners, or farkled aircooled owners. Show me your dashboard, in action, with an air temp display (either the onboard display for an 1125, or an aftermarket farkle like the ski jacket zipper thermometer on my Ulysses), showing something...under 40? And no, don't go out in the garage and turn on the bike, thinking that'll count. ACTION picture, either on the side of a road so you can safely take the pic, or if you're good with a cam or have a helmet cam, something showing speed, revs, and temp  | ||

In my defense; Ratbuells picture was posted, new (or so I thought), on another thread on December 28th. The challenge was layed down on the 27th. I couldn't help but to notice that it fit the current challenge pretty well so I let him know. Then comes Pokinatcha with a great picture the fit the challenge perfect. Well done. well... its not really a challenge if you already have the pics...or... you didn't actually read the challange before the ride. It kinda doesn't count. (Even though they are great pics) Unless there is huge disagreement.. Pokinatcha wins. | ||

Well I feel like playing today.....but.....it is raining ice. I would guess the temperature to be 31.5F to 32F. There is no wind. I don't have studded tires or I would ride to town for this picture. | ||

the challenge is a pic of your dash or other device showing 40 deg or less, I guess you could also park in front of a bank... one that has an led temp/time displays.(?) | ||

Survey: Does Anyone think they can do this? Do you have one of these monstrosities anywhere in reasonable riding distance to meet this challenge. It's cold here but I'm still riding everyday, I know that many of you cannot. If nobody thinks they will be able to meet this challenge I'll call for something else. | ||
