Called American Sportbike for a small part today and also asked a bunch of questions related to business models given that the Mrs. has a small online business that is experiencing some market pressures similar (smaller of course) to the buell saga, parts availability, etc. They very kindly shared some perspective on how they view business, accounting, inventory management, etc. And they had the part as well! Thanks again for GREAT service. Larry |

Agreed!! And even better than the customer service is the knowledge! Not many can walk you through a problem get you the part, and tell you how to fix it! |

+1 Long before I ever spent a penny at American Sport Bike Al spent over 1/2 hour on the phone with me. Discussing an engine performance problem on my '06 Uly. Since then I've made "a few " purchases... |

+1 on American Sport Bike they have stopped me from buying stuff i didn't need and "I" really respect that. It is rare to have someone be so honest and not try to make a buck off ya, Which AL easily could have done. And yes he and his wife are knowledgeable, fair and stand up people. |

Glad to help, Larry. I hope it works out for your wife's biz. It was never my life's goal to know accounting at all. But through running A.S.B., I've come to learn that it doesn't matter how good your product or sales are, without proper accounting methods and tools in place, you can't do well. Thanks for the props, all. We're here to help. Al |

Al, you're kidding me right? My employees think that all I did was hang out a shingle and then stand by the mailbox waiting for checks to come in. Boy are they in for a surprise. |
