Saw it tonite, with several different vehicles going thru the drive thru- one was a HD Road King... Last time I checked, they won't serve anyone coming thru the drive thru on a motorcycle, nor anyone coming thru on a bicycle or on foot. WTF? Serious snafu for their marketing... |

when i was a bit younger i tried to ride my bycicle through mcdonalds once....a lady opened a door and said i had to come inside. I told her i didnt want to risk my bike getting stolen. well of course i went inside, but i leaned my bike up against the window to where she could see it, when i got up to the register and started my order i had one of my other friends run up and steal my bike! i was like "I TOLD YOU SOOOO!!!" and took off after my friend. The look on her face was priceless! and I've ridden my firebolt through the drive through at Culvers before (yes my friend kyle works there, and was working drive through that night but that's beside the point) when i pulled around he was like WTF?! and gave me a free pint of ice cream! |

I've done drive through on a bike before. Burger King I think it was. Get the goods and stow 'em in the tail pack and off you go. |

But have you ever walked through the drive-thru with one buddy in the passenger seat and two others in the back? |

heck ive been through drive throughs on motorcycles. just last summer i did on the 1125 too. glass of pop on the gas cap lid, and bag of food on the seat between my legs. youd be amazed how well a super sized drink balances there if you are careful... |

I can put several Taco Bell tacos in my tank bag, never have nor probably never will attempt a drink. I can spill those easy enough in the cage. I've never walked through a drive thru but I have gone through one backwards. It was funny in high school. |

Iman... your bad!! LOL I allways go thru the drive thru. BK, Mc'd, ChickFila, Wendy's ...no problems except when my bike doesn't trigger their signal at the menu and I have to wait or ride up to window. |

I do remember talking with Vern once about Wendy's policy- unless you're in a "cage" when you drive up, no service- at least around here... I don't really know about other fast food outfits, not had a chance to test them... Not that this is a big deal, but once I saw that commercial I got a little riled up... Iman- LOL, or actually "I'm Lovin' It!!" |

Have video of me being served at wendy's drive thru on a kids ride on electric power wheels. It was the "kawasaki ninja" 4 wheeler when I was much younger (22 I think) also been served at same location on a crf 50, a yamaha blaster, warrior, raptor and a ride on mower. |

There's a McDonalds In the snow some where that has a drive thru for snow-mobiles. I wouyld think it would be up to the individule chain as it's a franchise. But maybe due to liability fears some don't want walking/riding there. But I've gone through McDs and even tuirneed a 1/4 pound into a drive thru by pulling up on the side of the walk up window. The laughed and served me. |

I worked at a Wendy's while I was in high school (not that long ago), and I served motorcycle riders at the drive thru. I rarely eat fast food crap these days so it doesn't matter to me. |

Couple of years back I stopped at the McD's at Nantes which has a 24h drive through, at 4am. I'd been driving all night & was starving & it was the only place open. They refused to serve me because I wasn't in a vehicle. When I pointed to the 40 ton rig parked in front, they just shrugged & closed the window. Needless to say, I've not been back. |
