Good news, more people will move away from California decreasing the 54 electoral votes. Bad news, they'll bring California political views to other places. Enjoy the state you've created, comrades. |

you know who is going to make a mint?.... the guy that comes up with a rivetting face plate label for custom exhaust that is stamped OEM, EPA compliant.... hell a chrome heat shield cover Remember the 80's when they said the EPA, fuel injection, black box, and exhaust requirements would be the end of hot rodding?..... "why where we come from we have people that arent any smarter than you, but they do a whole buncha thinkin... and the only difference between you and them is a certification a piece of paper that says 'Thinkology' on it" Never trust the jackAss behind the curtain |

Is there anything sayin' you can't internally modify an OEM pipe + add "look alike" headers & then include the original OEM seal of approval in the build? One thing I learned in my 20+ years here. American's are VERY innovative! Chris C. |

Back in the day(automotive), hot rodders used to overdrive the smog pump to add more clean air for the exhaust sniffers to read. |

As always we have found the enemy, and he is us.It was only a matter of time with the escalation of the doorags during the gay 90's that John Q Public would get sick and tired of having his car alarm inadvertently set off,or woke up at 2-am by a bunch of loud bikes,or an old lady getting passed on the freeway and peeing her panties from being startled by the sudden explosion of sound. Elected officials usually only react to complaints and if those complaints come from enough registered voters action must be taken lest politician might loose his all important reelection. |

The '74 M1 Kawasaki Mach 3, wouldn't that be cool, if only something could be done about the frame and the brakes. They didn't call them a flexi-flier for nothin'. Suzukis water buffalo was cool too but kind of a pig in comparison. |

You can probably modify your stock one, till they start doing sound checks on the side of the road and at the DMV. |

Bub and Vance And Hines are already changing. Still think it discriminates when it does not apply to cars. REX |

The Governator - oops, riding without MC endorsement - hmmmm. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10794604/ns/politics/ Two crashes in ten years is not necessarily an indication of a bad rider - At least he rides, unlike Wankdell. |

Having had an H1 (1969) and an GT750 (1974) both highly modded and were not good on corners esp. the H1, the suzuki was an all around better bike for me. I sure would like to have either of them now,and I suppose I'am partially to blame for these people wanting the muffler law those two bikes screamed loud. |
