I wanted to place this apart, so as not to derail the train over there. I just wanted to say Merry Christmas to all here who are feeling for and giving thoughts to the OP on that thread. There, as with so many other threads here on this forum, there is nothing but caring and support from a surprisingly mature, thoughtful bunch of riders. I was thinking what the typical poser squid or poser HD forum might come up with: "Drop that biatch!" or "WTF U doin, dude - get outta there!" Stuff one might expect from a "biker" forum. Nothing could be farther from the support badwebbers seem to pour out whenever someone in need reaches out. Merry Christmas to all and to all, a happy New Year! :-) | ||

You took the words right out of my mouth, Chris. As I read through that thread I thought to myself what a treasure we all share in Badweb. Very insightful, caring responses; not what one might expect on a "biker" forum. I am honored to be a small part of this, and I THANK all of you who spoke so eloquently. Al and I have been married for 27 years, and so many of those comments rang true for us as well... Be good to one another - and may the spirit stay with you throughout the coming year. Joanne | ||

you know it is always the same bunch of usual characters, that are inciteful, thoughtful and provacative...  one of these years I am going to have to make it to homecoming Happy Holidays indeed ! May you get more miles this year than you did last. |
