I couldn't help but notice the front wheel and exhaust on the Bike in the Sprint 4G commercials.

No, the front wheel and Brake aren't Buell pieces like I originally thought I saw on TV. but there is some of a resemblance; huge diameter single sided rotor, dual spokes.

And yes I know Buell isn't the only one nor the first ever to use wheels/brakes/exhaust similar to this. No one is claiming that. Please don't reply with silly stuff like that.

I just thought it was interesting.

its really nothing like the buell, well not any more buell than any ther sportbike

exhaust - many bikes have exhausts that exit just out from under the bottom (taylor made comes to mind for gixxers)
and the brakes - can obviously see the caliper bracket where a caliper once was.

"can obviously see the caliper bracket where a caliper once was"

There's been more than one Bueller who wanted to put another brake on their front end because the brackets were there. Just sayin'

I'd say yes, besides the stretched swing-arm this bike has a certain Buell flavor to its styling.

I noticed that on the tubers, it was weird... I think the reference was more to the XB or maybe 1125 bikes

but I can honestly say
I'm a fan of the Kawasaki 1 man band

If it was a drag bike, it wouldn't be allowed on any but the most seedy outlaw tracks missing that front caliper and rotor...my guess is trailer queen show bike.

Looks like a typical Florida urban freak bike to me...see them all the time...invariably the guy riding it is wearing shorts, a wife beater, flip-flops, a do-rag and mirror sunglasses.

drag bikes dont have tires like that on the rear
I've seen dragbikes without one of the front rotors, but the rear tire and the mirrors are a dead giveaway its not a dragbike
