Snow sucks. We officially got 12 " last Friday. We still have over half of it. Looks like it's here to stay. WINTER SUCKS! PMS Sucks (Parked Motorcycle Syndrome) What to do? Drink beer, chase the little lady around the house, have a beer, motorcycle mods/updates, have a beer, remodel the kitchen, remodel the master bathroom, drink beer, sit in the hot tub while it snows, drink scotch. Well, the snow just hit this week, but last Friday, Mrs. Strato bought me a Gibson Billie Joe Armstrong Les Paul Jr. for my 50th birthday. An absolutely killer guitar, and I'm a total junkie for P-90 pickups. Then, on Saturday, I got a call from a collector buddy who was interested in swapping a guitar that I never played for a PRS SE-1. So, needless to say, I've been in single-cut P-90 heaven for the last week! | ||

My bikes don't get winterized anymore - if it's over 30 degrees and sunny, I go riding (colder than that or at night and you risk black ice). But to pass the time more, I downhill ski and will be getting back into snowshoeing this winter. | ||

I just put a 6.5 hp engine on my Old Ariens Sno-thro. It had a 4 hp motor on it. I still need to rework the bracket for turning the discharge chute, and put the belly pan back on. 4 gears forward, 1 reverse. Sure beats riding the shovel. | ||
