Old news, and not really even news. Non event. Those attorneys serve at the will of the president and can be replaced at will and without cause. The Bush administration was just recently cleared of all wrongdoing by the Obama administration justice department. If the press were not so blatantly in the pocket of the left, it never even would have been reported, since nothing unlawful, unethical, or immoral took place. | ||

Do federal prosecutors typically't need to be approved by the senate? I didn't think so. Clinton replaced every single one when he took office. Stupid idiotic non-issue. They all serve at the pleasure of the president. | ||

Arbalest, I've spent some time looking for anything that will corroborate your claim about Bush replacing all of the fired DOJ attorneys with graduates from the same school. I find plenty of complaining about attorneys being hired from Regent University, but nothing to back your claim. Feel free to support your claim if you can. It has provided some interesting reading on blogs that I wouldn't normally waste my time on. I found it rather interesting running across multiple blogs with paragraph after paragraph of text railing about Regent. Not just similar paragraphs mind you, identical text! None of them attributed the text to any source other than themselves. Very interesting seeing left wing bloggers plagiarizing some source in an effort to complain about the qualifications of the folks Bush was hiring. Thanks for furthering my insight into the minds of the left. It was well worth my time. | ||

Sifo, my quote came from Wikipedia. I don't frequent left wing political anything. My political beliefs are my own, based on my experience and observation. I don't listen to political talk, except once in a while I listen to Rush, Billo, and Glen Beck. I believe in knowing my enemy. I know I will never change your mind, and you won't change mine. We believe what we believe. The only thing we have in common, (other than belief in the Second Amendment), is a love of motorcycles. Every once in a while I have to throw a little a balance out there. Otherwise, folks might think this forum is populated only by Right Wingnuts. I doubt that's the case, it can just seem that way on the internet. It get's a bit 2 dimensional most of the time. I like burgers and beer! You? BTW, I didn't mean to attribute anything I read on any blogs to you. It was just in trying to challenge/verify what you said I wound up read a bunch of stuff I don't normally wade into. On Barry and the Queen. Lady Obama certainly had a "let them eat cake" moment with her entourage to Spain last week. That got me thinking.... Her trip was unsound and unwise from a purely political viewpoint. Certainly, Obama and the palace guard privately advised her against the trip and yet, she made the trip anyway. Not only that, she left her man alone on his 49th birthday. Hmmm..... I get the feeling there is no love between these two Shakespearean tragic characters. I wonder if they will divorce after they finally vacate the White House. Yust wondering. | ||

The Communists believed in separation of church and state, because they could not stand the competition for alliegence, funding, education, or community reliance.
