I wonder what Thanksgiving Dinner is going to be like. Maybe the whole family can come down to the parking lot for a tailgate party. It must be a nice life to have enough free time to waste a week on saving a couple hundred $$ (at most). |

well you know when the gobment pays you directly for NOT working, what else are you gonna do; certainly not look for a job, Nope, take that check and stimulate the economy. Target and Walmart will be proud. I really do hate how consumer driven the holidays are. watch as soon as one is over, the card section is already pushing the next one. The day after 4th of July? all about Back to school and Laborday. Day after Laborday, damnit get your halloween costume. It used to be Christmas didnt hit the stores until after Thanksgiving, but there as been a creep over the last years, and now I see decorations mid septemeber! cripes. for christmas I am getting a new rifle and a flat of ammo and yes, there will be an eye shot out. |

A few years back we were working on a restaurant on Beverly Drive, in Beverly Hills. It was early November. There was a crew putting up Christmas decorations on the poles out front. They were all wearing blue T-shirts, with their company logo on the front, and on the back it said: "Yes, we ARE putting up Christmas decorations, and NO, we DON'T think it's too early!" Obviously they'd been asked a time or two. |

Last year when TV went digital and killed analogue, I took the TV out to a field and pumped it full of 12 gauge shot. Office Space would be proud. Havent missed TV. Christmas for me is in January, alot of my Russian friends are orthodox, so I celebrate with them. Grand times, drinking, eating, cooking, blowing stuff up, and of course church (for hours) |

Should rename it "Brain Dead Friday" Saw videos of three fights, all women, over junk in a store. I did all my shopping on Friday. The internet's a wonderful thing, never left the house! |
