When my wife's Toyota RAV4 was lost in the flood, we picked her up a cheap 2007 Focus. She LOVES it. Said it's the best car she's ever had.
I have to admit, while it could use a few more ponies, it is fun to drive. Handles better than an econo box should and has more room in it than I tought. Even at 6'5" 240lbs, I can fit in it comfortably.
WOW,just WOW.I've seen previous Ken Block videos and was impressed.Guy's got incredible talent. These cars seem to be the next thing like the Muscle cars were to the 60s.Nice car but, will there be a performance variant?
I'm voting(for REAL) Ken Block to be the next Rhode Island Governor.A real Moderate.

i believe Ford is brining over the Euro RS version amd Subaru has the WRX STI with 305 hp.
The car is 120 hp stock. So that kit is going to give you 168 hp??? Or am I reading that wrong??? Or would it be 288 HP ??? Either way thats way to much money to spend on that car for the HP gains.
Why are you even comparing the two? They aren't even related. Different class, different drive train configurations, nearly a liter difference in displacement, not to mention the terrible fuel economy of the WRX. If you were comparing the Focus RS to the WRX, that I could at least understand.
That kit is installed by O'neal here in the states. Do you think after they put that piston kit in,tranny, gears etc that car is going to be good on gas??lol Oh and BTW reading on another forum that kit installed lil over 60G's. Its still 2wd drive configuration. Why am I comparing??? Because for the dollar the STI is leaps and bounds more of a car for the dollar.

Yeah you get most of that in a EVO or a STI for 35 and you get 300 ponies.
And a sequential gearbox? Adjustable suspension? Roll cage?
etc, etc.
HP is not the point of this kit. Give it up. Obviously if you take the Ford and add that $$ for the kit to just the motor you will get way more HP, but that's not what the kit is about. We know you have a Sub, quit comparing it to everything and acting like it's god's gift to cars. We dont care.

Hey Craig quit sniffling. Who said anything about me having a Subie ??? You did I didn't bring my car in the comparison. I brought the STI and the EVO. The only real benefit to this kit that I can see is the tranny and gears. The roll cage is not deal breaker. So get a Tampon Red.
Ken Block was here at the SEMA Show on the (big surprise) Ford Proving grounds wheeling his (according to the announcer/commentator) 600HP race ready Fiesta around. Got some videos, I'll try to get them posted to YouTube and link the videos.
I got some Fiesta pics from the Ford booth, plus some pics of the trucks and the new Explorer as well. The Explorers are sweet customized! All the pics I took are of the customized ones, I figure you know what a stock one looks like
I am guessing the kit is for a specific racing class rules. Thus the kit focuses on putting the available power to the ground and passably RPM increase.
Also it does not include rims.
I own a Subie, but different cars have different porpoises. My Outback has so much more ground clearance then the Fiesta, but it will not handle like the Fiesta bc of the height.
