IT is a love of bikes with a V-Twin growl that bring us all here. So figured what better place to share than this forum So the other day me and the wife go in for an 8 week sonogram and the doctor has this funny look on his face. Looks over at me and the wife and says he has 2 heartbeats, I nearly hit the floor. Yep twins are hanging out in the womb. Me and the wife are both really excited but it does have a down side. I will miss the rest of the pregnancy and birth due to a military deployment. When we first found out we were having a baby the due date was right around the time I was coming back so I might have been home for the birth, but twins usually come about 3-4 weeks early so now I am going to miss the birth also. Anyhow just wanted to share. Jimmy |

It is funny you mention a protractor that is one piece of gear that is essential to my job as a (Joint Terminal Attack Contoller) JTAC. Delivering ordinance from aircraft and allowing other people to be a patriot for their beliefs. Jimmy |

Congratulations!! That is awesome!! We just had our first two weeks ago, a baby boy. If it is at all possible you should really try to be there for the birth of your babies. It was the most emotional experience of my life and I am closer to my wife than I have ever been. We (mostly I) wanted twins. You are blessed. Provide as much support to your wife as humanly possible throughout the entire pregnancy and birth!! It will pay off. Your life is about to get exponentially better, stressed, emotional, and just plain chaotic...... |

Congratulations, and you may not believe me but missing the last two months may be a blessing in disguise cause they are hard on momma and...when momma aint happy, aint nobody happy. I have my fingers crossed for a safe deployment, a speedy return, and that you'll be back in time for the delivery. |

LOL, good luck! My son has been a total handful (15 months now)... my wife often says she doesn't know what she would have done with twins. You'll have to let me know how that goes. PS: babies are AWESOME! ~SM |
