Maybe the plaintiff's lawyer thinks the kid has her own assets and wants as many pockets to get into as possible. If she was just a kid with no assets, the lawyer wouldn't spend the time. Don't get me wrong, the mommies should have had the race in a better spot. |

Parents should have children registered as LLC on their 4th birthday. ie. Little Johny's GodSpeed Racing. Should use short lamp posts. Let their toes just touch the ground. |

That is just more of the social stupidity that we as voters allow in our country. Every one is jumping on the attorneys, they are bottom feeders that you would expect this request from. The Judge is the one that allowed the motion in. Gotta hang the right idjiot! |

Parent's getting sued for not supervising I can see, but to sue the actual 4 year old? I have a 4 year old niece, and toddlers are like drunken retarded midgets, they know not of what they do. |
