While some of you have met my youngest son Connor (mini Me), I'm not sure any of you have met my oldest son Andrew. Andrew just turned 16 on Friday and I had to ship him off to his mom's for her weekend. Andrew is a fairly new motorcyclist and has been learning on a ratty 250 rebel until the motor took a dump. We had purchased a new motor and installed it in the bike, but time has just not been on our side..... and now ever since I took mini Me to Buelltoberfest, boy had Andrew been on me about getting the Rebel up and running. I think I'm dealing with a little bit of sibling rivalry. Any way, he is headed home tonight from his weekend with his mom and I am on my way to pick him up. Look what's waiting for him in the garage....  The plan is to take him to dinner and while at dinner present him with a Birthday card. In the card are the keys to the bike. He has to wait til he gets home to see what it is..... Oh man I'm lovin this...... Good to be a DAD!!!! I'll post more pics after we get home. | ||

I did not get to meet Drew and I was under the same roof as him for a couple of hours.  That is great Micah. I have a feeling you will be doing the same with Connor before too long. Make sure you take pictures and post them up... Frank | ||

Get rid of the Dunlops and get the Pirrelli - a much safer and more inspiring riding experience - truly the Dunlops are dangerous, its easy to get sideways on them. The new stock choice tire - the Pirrelli are awesome by comparison. That's a great gift though, with a lot of potential! EZ | ||

Wow that is way cool. They didn't have bikes like that when i was 16. When i did a track day last month there was a little kid riding a 2 stroke bullet bike. And me and this guy on a ducati were checking it out and wished we had bikes like that when we were growing up. | ||

Now for the rest of the story.... So I picked up Andrew from his mom and we headed to dinner, his favorite of course...  He began to show us his new phone that his mom got him.... he started doing the Homer Simpson voice saying (oooohhhhoooohhhh touch screen)....  At this point they had served us with their Miso Soup, man this stuff is good....  Shortly after that they served us the Family Boat.... a lot of food!!! Click the link, it's a video  Then we decided to do a family thing....  It was now time to drop the card on him... The card read, "Boogers..... They're kind of like birthdays, the more you have the harder it is to breathe... Now for his reaction in real time... Again, Click the link...  I managed to snap a pic of him shortly after the video stopped...  So we finally get home to finish the plan....
