this is what happens when you try to ride your xr1200 with a bunch of buells at a buell gathering on the year anniversary of the day hd cut buell down...

The XR1200 lies in wait for the unsuspecting sport bikes, as they make their way to the watering hole. With brutal speed and efficiency she launches her attack on the bike at the rear of the pack, but alas, she is not quick enough, and the herd of bikes soon leave her behind. Her poor cubs will once again go hungry. |

If I am not mistaken, Buelltoberfest was moved from the first weekend in October to this past weekend (starting on the 15th)...for the very reason of getting together to celebrate "BUELL" on that very day. If you look at all the Buelltoberfest pics on here and on Facebook and with a turn out of at least 75 Buell enthusiasts, I think Harley didn't kill us they only made us all stronger, trickling from Erik down. |

Wild Kingdom was required family viewing in my home every week.
Those were great memories, just as I'm sure Buelltoberfests will be for everyone who attended in the future....
I missed most of you by mere hours this time. Next year, I'll be an established resident and plenty of time set aside to attend. |

The new Blasts didn't say Buell on them. They may not have counted them as Buells maybe they had considered keepeing them around? I don't think they disounted them for the fire sale either. |
