Here's the deal: I pay HIGHER percentages than ANY Government lottery. I pay IMMEDIATELY. I pay schools more than ANY government lottery. Here's how it works: You give me $1 - I give you $0.28 back immediately and immediately send the school system $0.28 EVERYBODY WINS! I dont really think I will ever win, but its fun to dream. I don't even like to put nickels in slots. The most Vegas has ever gotten from me was the $20 I gave my wife. When it was gone, it was gone. Always had the kind of luck whereby when something blows up, it's always with the handle to it in my hand. Figured that it'd be the same with a lottery ticket.
