Oh crap. My gamer handle is Ae 7 FT BSTRD. I got a notice that Microsoft was requiring me to change my gamer tag because it was offensive. My old gamer tag was Ae 71 FT BSTRD. That 1 must have really pissed them off.  | ||

I was actually playing MW2 when the ban kicked in. Just instantly signed me out of XBL like my internet died or something. Then I get a little "service suspension" message when trying to log back in. I don't care about the inability to play games online, but I was really hoping to finish season 3 of Rescue Me tonight. Without signing into XBL, I can't watch Netflix (my only source of television because I'm a cheap bastard) | ||

Well in all fairness I have not been able to play xbox live since I came back from Korea in 06 because they banned my whole system due to it having a mod chip in it. I just play all my online games on my PS3 anyway. | ||

Hint - you can watch Netflix on your PC. Thats what I do, my PC has a bigger screen and better sound system anyway.  | ||

My new laptop has a Displayport connection on the back allowing me to source HD signal via a Displayport to HDMI cable. I will soon have a 50" HD Plasma monitor with 5.1 surround for my computer. | ||

Is that 7" one of those USB monitors? Been thinking about getting one. It may sound strange, but I have a 61" 1080p rear projection TV with 5.1 surround, but I have no problem with watching shows/movies on my 24" computer monitor with 2.1 sound. I can even stream my media from my computer to my PS3. I guess after doing homework all evening I don't like firing everything up. | ||

The pixel density on televisions is terrible, hence why I got large monitors and not a television. My computer displays 10.31 megapixels, while a normal HDTV can only display just over 2 megapixels. The difference is huge, especially when working with photographs or reading text. My 30" monitor in the middle has a pixel density of 10126 pixels / sq. in, while a 30" HDTV has 5395 pixels / sq. in. Biketrash, yea its a USB monitor, I originally was gonna mount it to my XB and use it for live ECMspy but never got around to it. It works great as long as it dosen't turn on or off. Once that happens, the rest of the monitors freak out and go back to 640x480 for a minute. | ||

My gamer handle is Ae 7 FT BSTRD With the 7 in front of your name it might be construed as 7' BSTRD - Which could be offensive on a whole new level. Mine is Four Abuse on XBL... no worries yet, but YEARS ago my mother used that in an IRC chat room (don't even go there) and some people told her it was offensive. I'm guessing they would be the same folks to mis-use your, you're, etc... | ||
