I do the money thing... but I'm with Blake on that one... its organized

grabbing a fork out of the silverware tray... gotta be the one I touched first or the one I put a eye on first.

socks outa the sock draw... glass outa the cabinet... and so on... |

I blame it entirely on my father who often said to me "Son, it only takes a little bit longer to do things the right way." The result:
There is only one "right way" to load dirty dishes into the dish washing machine. If I find that there are dishes "out of order" when I am putting something in, everything must be correctly re-arranged.
The worst part my disorder mostly manifest itself in useless task such as this.
Why couldn't it have helped me in a useful way?

Anyone else have "left only" and "right only" socks??

Socks: I don't do lefty-righty, but if one feels a little more snug than the other, they both come off and I go for another pair.
Money: All bills faced, and in descending order. If a clerk hands me my change and the bills aren't faced, then everyone in line behind me waits while I face them and insert them into my existing stack. Visible annoyance is conveyed to the clerk through silent facial expressions and eye contact. If they ask what I'm doing, I tell them "your job". Overly wrinkled bills are kept out, faced and sorted in a similar fashion, then placed in a separate pocket.
I do not keep cash in a wallet, it goes directly into the left front pants pocket. Wallets are for cards, which are alphabetized left to right, top to bottom. |

My OCD is work related. When I dress separate bundles down a rack all the tie wraps are even on each bundle. I've even convinced my boss to buy colored tie wraps to go with the different cable colors. |

-Watch set 10 minutes ahead, so if I'm running 5 minutes late, I'll still be early.
TP roll HAS to be under ... cats have OCD and will unroll it all on the floor because they have to inspect the innermost sheet on the roll before anyone is allowed to use it. |

I used to be bad about checking the doors and garage making sure it was actually locked, but you gotta learn to trust yourself.

When I'm on a ladder and drop a screw,nail or what ever........ I climb down and pick it up. Sometimes twice for the same damned screw. :-( |
