Author Message   Pkforbes87 Posted on Tuesday, September 07, 2010 - 04:07 pm:        I'm looking for a copy of "Tinker AFB Instruction 31-204" There are various versions of 31-204, an overall Air Force Instruction and supplemental base instructions from various base commanders. I can't find Tinker's version anywhere. I'm specifically looking for the portion describing the day/night requirements for bright and/or reflective upper garments while riding on base.
