Short version is Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson awarded scholarship money to her family and friends. How stupid are these people? That makes 3 liberal politicians in the congressional black caucus this year to be in trouble for similar violations. Charlie rangel and then maxine waters who believes people like her should set wages for us common folk and that people like her should be in control of the banks, auto industry, oil and gas you name it. This is why people are so angry. Alot of idiots that vote think they can level the playing field by giving politicians like waters, rangel and bernice the power to control private industry, healthcare and other sectors. As if the politician is less corrupt than the ceo. Republicans are no stranger to corruption either but democrats are doing a great job this year so far. So lets give them more power over our lives. When I read the initial article, the thing that struck me most was that, at 74 yrs old, she received $174,000 in salary plus $35,000 in pension, & still raked in another $22,000 from social security!! I'm not familiar with your S/S system there, but here it's to help those that have little, rather than people who are knocking down over 17k a month!!! Have I missed something? | ||
