After my tire burned a hole thru my saddle bag and raincover at homecoming, I finally got around to emailing C-H about a possible repair. I know these bags have a lifetime warranty, but I thought I was screwed because this clearly wasn't a case of defective material or craftsmanship. Long story short, within 4 hrs I got an email saying to send it in and they will repair or replace at their discretion. How cool is that!! I only have to cover S&H both ways! I know this will be a company that gets my money for long time. Anyways, just wanted to give props to this company for doing more than they had to. And if anybody is in the market for new bags, they're having a killer sale right meow! |

i've been sporting a pair of C/H barrel bags for about two years. they are small enough to stay out woof the way, (w/o muckin' up the lines of the bike) but large enough to pack what i need for day trips. Excellent quality, well worth the price. |
