What happens when you take a Buelligan a scooter, and a flawed un repairable rear tire? our co-hort, James Ramsey of KS has an interesting solution it involves Smoke and lots of it, Some of us rock scooters, a few of us actualy realize just how potent some of the bigger ones realy are a 650 burgman with some suspension tweeks has supprised more that a few riders in Kansas James dropped a hint of the mayhem up comming on the old school board, last week. enjoy: I did.....

wonder how this would go over at a bike nite when the quiet little bergie rolls up into the burn out pit where only the mighty harleys go?

I have a Vespa GT350 in the shed now - don't think I'll do that with their demo however. |

I see proper burnouts...........not the lame "front tire against the wall" type at the rallies. Please post some more! |

A few years ago I was a participant in the World Record Burnout at Smoky Mountain HD in Maryville Tn. I found that with the Uly I could not do a burnout without the wall. I used to burn off the last few miles of my City-X's rear tires just for sport. I was tall enough on that bike to hold it back. The Uly, after trying many methods including a little tire shine, even in a water puddle, with my ass clear over the air box and head over the front tire, would pick up the front tire making the power braking ineffective. I did some nice dead stop wheelies trying though. Some bikes need the "girlie panties" wall. I think they called it the 'rookie front tire block' at the event. It was fun to see the guys in the 'manly' open lot on their Ultra's when they lost control and did a few grand in chrome damage when they went down sitting still. |
