There is a new 2010 Blast (not a Buell Blast) on the showroom floor at the dealership today. Doesn't say Buell on it anywhere. I guess that is the new rider's edge bike: Harley Blast. $6300 out the door. LJM |

I have seen pictures of the non Buell 2010 blast but that seems kinda steep for a blast. |

It says Buell on it on the gas cap and on the gauge cluster if you looked |

Been available for what now, about a year? That happened at the same time as the Blast was discontinued and the marketing department turned them into crushed coffee tables. |

Didn't look at it that close but was stunned by the price. On the other, have a couple friends who have them for wives, kids, etc. so probably o.k. that they are continuing with them. LJM |

Haven't heard if they'll continue making the Blast for 2011. RE programs haven't heard for sure, but have been told to hang onto their bikes, from what I understand. The 2010 was just Blast and not HD or Buell, although Buell did make it. If they lowered it, made it 200 pounds heavier and added lots of chrome, they could put the Harley-Davidson badge on one. |

Yes, they built brand new '10 Blasts, BEFORE October. Just like they built some '10 1125's, and Ulysses', and XB's. It was a short model year, but there were some that got out of the gate. They were not "Buell Blasts"....they were just "Blast". Although, as noted, the gas cap, gauges, and MSO (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) DID say Buell. |
