I read a couple of bad reviews of this, but we saw it last night and thought it was awesome. One of the mind-bendingest flics I've ever seen. |

It's a good movie...just try to keep up with all the scenes jumping around. You will want to pay attention the whole movie! |

Yup, just pay attention - it's not all that hard to follow everything, except, of course, the cliff hanger at the end... kind of a "decide for yourself" type ending. I really enjoyed it. |

I loved it until it ended. The final scene drops the whole movie on its head. Can't go into details without spoiling the movie, but I was completely disappointed. I must be the odd one here, because everyone else I've talked to loves the 'choose your own adventure' style ending. Do you guys also stop reading books 5 pages before the end so that you can eternally guess what really happened? |

IMO it was an awesome movie! As said tho, you HAVE to pay attention to EVERYTHING...I'll be going again to see what I missed the first time (at some points and throughout the movie I know fine details were overlooked or went unseen) Overall I give it an A |

Waiting to see it. Just recently saw Shutter Island and liked the twist at the end. Several people I talked to didn't like it, maybe I'm just slow and didn't see it coming but I liked it anyway and they can't take that away. No way, no how, uh uh. |

Okay, to make this simpler to talk about... ***************** MY POST WILL SPOIL THE ENDING OF THIS MOVIE - IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT, DON'T READ MY POST ***************** The ending gives two options - a) the thing fell over after the scene was cut and you can take the entire movie at face value. b) the thing doesn't fall over meaning the whole movie was a dream. There really isn't any wiggle room for any other possibilities - I don't even think it can be put as there were parts in the movie where it was in fact real life and he just never woke up at the end - either it happened exactly as it seemed, or it was all "one level down" from what we perceived. Now, I guess the only real 'questions' that can come up are if the dream machines are even real in the real world, if where they all woke up on the plane/airport is his purgatory, things along those lines... but I don't think they matter much. Either it was all a dream or it wasn't. Personally, I would have ended it the exact same way. |
