I'm sure it is. For one thing, the so called system is sending a ton of information to an HUD in the helmet? Unlike a car's crash avoidance system, this thing does NOT take control of the motorcycles brakes, engine OR steering. It just FLOODS the rider with information that he may or may not interpret correctly.
In other words, it doesn't do anything that a seasoned rider isn't doing already. That, more than the rear-end collision, is what convinced me this was a gag video.
Well that and you wouldn't have a heads up display without something like the shield in front of your eyes, which you might notice is up when he leaves.
