No actually he can start in his Chalet in Switzerland too. Must be nice to be rich, most people would have never been let off so easy in the first place. Should really blame the idiots in California that gave him the opportunity to get away, any normal person would have been serving several years for the confession that he made. |

Yeah - it's been 40 years. I think anybody who wants to get a 13 year old drunk/stoned and rape him or her should get a pass. I mean he showed her the courtesy of not getting her pregnant by buggery. Sensitive guy. |

I don't know which concerns me more; that picture or the fact that you have it. I was afraid this would happen when I first heard about it. I told my wife nothing would happen to him, too much water under the bridge. But somewhere a teen, young adult, woman had to live with this most of her life. I feel really bad for her especially now that she knows justice has failed her miserably. |

The "it wasn't rape, rape" comment really ruined any respect I had for Whoopie. Dang, I actually liked "Burglar". I can usually ignore an actors "political" bs because usually it's a herd critter thing, and very few have actually thought past the "war is bad" and "life should be fair" mantras. ( mantra's I rate as "duh!" and "says who?" ) And, I don't watch "the view", so I had no idea how screwy she became..... Sure, it's been years, and the lady involved has "forgiven" him and wants it to go away. Here's a dude that was convicted, then split before sentencing. The U.S. justice dept. probably thought of it as a deliberate thumbing of the nose.... hence the long low effort call for extradition. If it was my daughter, I'd probably still be in a French Jail, and the world would have a few less artsy fartsy films. |

He DRUGGED her and did her. She was underage at the time too. It was "rape rape" He confessed to this and was found guilty in a court of law. Then they let him free while waiting for sentencing. So he got on a plane and left! Why not? Would you just wait patiently for a 20 year sentence? Why not just leave if they let you |

CIA should go Drug him and Bring him back to the States. I would be the first to say,"It wasn't really kidnapping kidnapping" while he rots in jail with the other child molesters. |

Let me have my passport back and sanction me, I'll go deliver him to the nearest airbase. I'm sure there would be less marks on him if the CIA did it. I don't like molesters. |
