A major tornado hit the homecoming area Monday evening,destroyed 50+ houses and downed 1000's of trees,be glad you all got out of town when you did.I can post some links if anybody wants to see the damage,Brian (Message edited by f22raptor on June 24, 2010) | ||

It was very strong Friday afternoon riding back to Alpine Valley as the first storm approached. Was bad here in Illinois last nite, weather always changing, keeps things interesting. | ||

Brian, that was kind of funny. I was thinking, "Man, there's no way there can be two Brent Lloyds here!" Almost had to get out our tickets or do some arm wrestling for the prize. Don't feel foolish though; I couldn't hear some of the names, too, because of some partiers back in the corner behind me. And, our names DO sound very similar over a PA system! Didn't you get a book? I found it ironic that there was an epic thunderstorm while Erik and the Thunderbolts played, and now it's kinda spooky that a tornado came thru the place where they created the Cyclone. | ||
