That is the "Tres Hombres" platter. Pulled Pork, Brisket and Ribs with cornbread, coleslaw and beans. All three meats generously slathered with the Dinosaur's Wango Tango Habanero Sauce.

I don't think I'll eat again till lunchtime tomorrow...

Everyone was taking photos, so I'm sure more are on the way.
