This was my first roadbike. 28,011 miles on it. Since my 1125 is in the shop for likely an extended period,I dug this out of a shed at my parents house. Needs tires, battery, fresh gas--and I bet the old girl fires right up. It has been sitting since 2000, when I bought my Cyclone. Time has not been good to it but I think it will clean up quite nicely. There's always flat black barbeque paint for parts that won't clean up!

Do yourself a favor and take the float bowls off. Clean the needle and seat. They'll stick on you if they've been sitting that long. Gas everywhere.... |

yea, its gonna need a lot of work, but my better half has put a claim on the bike. I'll bet the checkbook will be handed to me for this one, unlike the 1125 that i had to jump through hoops in order to buy presents for it... of course the pricetag for this one was $0, so I have no argument LoL |

sure does Fast. I remember feeling like it was a superbike and being intimidated by the power back in the day! |

I've nursed a few mid-70's Honda CB550's back to life. Learned the float bowl thing the hard way. Great bike for its time. |
