I looked on the homecoming site, but there wasnt much information there about the banquet. What will they serve us the night of the banquet? What are our options? Not too much longer, im getting really excited! |

I'm allergic to seafood Walleye from the lake, it doesn't get any better than that! Some places serve perch and others even serve bluegill, but walleye is the best! |

I think the food will be the least important topic talked about at this year's homecoming because it's all about motorcycles and their riders! |

I agree with Cyclonedon, we should be more worried about what kind of gas and oil they will be serving at the local gas stations. |

I thought the $35 was for the concert and the food was free. |

we should be more worried about what kind of gas and oil they will be serving at the local gas stations around here where I live, Antioch, Illinois, there are several stations that sell racing gas because of the boat races every Thursday night on the Chain of Lakes. I've never ran any of it in my motorcycle, but it's available. |

Well if some of you decide to go to the drag races on Thursday night and you have a carbed bike. You can fill up with race gas there....leaded. Or on the way in about 1 mile from the track on 45 you can fill up with unleaded high octane at a station. |

When I went to the Slimey Crud Run, I found that Kwik Trip had "Recreational Gas". 93 octane and NO ethanol. Their website shows a station in Elkhorn. |

Dalton - if youre worried about the oil sold at a local gas station then maybe you should spend some money on repairing your motorcycle. Yes, it is about buells hanging out....but again, at 35 a head, I hope for a decent meal. The concert costs $15 by itself, so its not like 35 was for the concert only. I am looking forward to this trip, never been to homecoming. Hate I wont be there on Thursday night, would love to load up my buell dragbike and bring it up as well. Oh well, maybe next year. |

Well for $35 you get.... Baked Chicken Baked Mostoccoli, California Mix Vegetables Tossed Garden Salad w/ assorted dressings Rolls and butter Coffee and water Cash Bar A chance at door prizes. Most well over $35 and some worth several hundred dollars. A nice banquet hall I'd say well worth the price. But that's me. Opinions may vary, but hey, whatever. The whole point of having it at Alpine was to keep it in East Troy, Buells home and at a facility that it can all be done under one roof. |

Heck, not only a concert - there appears to be a possible guest rock guitarist rolling in from OZ. Would love hearing LemonChili standing in for a short session along with the Thunderbolts. Much coolness is expected, regardless of food! |
