I saved my own life and avoided getting run over by a big delivery truck with the driver on a cell phone only to get nailed a quarter mile down the road doing 64 in a 35...I guess Johnny law and I will have a date in court...This will teach me not to get pissed at someone who damn near killed me and ride off like I'm at willowsprings. I'm looking at about a $400 + fine and 6 points. So I will be in court sometime late this summer. With a perfect driving record until today...I should get it knocked down to a non moving violation and no points...I hope!!! (Message edited by paw on May 27, 2010) | ||

Paul, while I can see your reason for being upset, unfortunately that's not going to help you in court. If I was you, I would try to get court supervision. It will save you BIG TIME in future insurance costs! Hope everything works out well for you. | ||

Adrenaline will do that. I had a similar incident a few years ago and was so amped up that I almost wheelied over taking off from the next stop light. Fortunately there was no cop at that intersection. |
