It happened at the AT&T store when a disgruntled person shot a Employee, and an off-duty Rome Police Officer happened to be in the store at the time. The Off-Duty police Officer shot and killed the Shooter. There is an Article about it, but I do not know how to post here.YNN.com, in the Utica,Rome Mohawk Valley section.
