 Dilworth, MN is the home of Burlington/Northern Pacific. This steamer is on display on main street with tender and caboose attached. Not sure if I broke any laws rolling up on the sidewalk to take this picture. Let me know if I get to make the next rule! Mark Lawson | ||

Look at that! Very nice photo Dave. As soon as you posted that you would not be able to get your pic up until after 5, I ran down to my favorite catfish spot by the dam and the landing where we drop the boat in as well. NO FISHERMAN OUT!! I guess that is what happens when we are above floodstage! Good work! | ||

I love clams, breaded and deep fried! I have no words to describe my feelings after seeing that clam. Nice photo? HA! We didn't have any historical markers or attractions on our ride last night. Just TAR SNAKES!! GRRR!! | ||

I had to get a little wet for this picture!  This is what the sign states "Nancy Kerlin Barnett Born May 14,1773-Died Dec 1,1851 Married to William Barnett Feb 29,1808 He was born Sept 27,1786, drowned in the Ohio River Sept 24, 1854 William was the great, great, great grandson of Pocahontas and John Rolfe- Daniel G. Dotty. 1864-1934. Protected his grandmothers grave by staying here with his gun, while the county relocated this cemetery in order to build the road. A concrete slab was placed over the grave, to protect the marker, Aug 8, 1912." | ||

I was headed out to get a picture of the Rock Pile.  But nooo I had to wait all day for the tree guys to tell me they're not going to do anything today, and they won't be back until Monday morning.... Silver Lining: Goin ridin tomorrow morning with Smokescreen. Maybe I'll get that picture after all. That rock pile is an Indian Princess' grave. I'll get a picture of the sign that's there. | ||

"your bike parked in front of a state park sign entrance" Well then I guess I've a mission. Head up 60 to "The Rock Pile" for picture one. Then head down 19 to Turner's Corner, then up 129 over Blood Mountain, then stop off at Vogel State Park (A) for a picture of the entrance, then head up 180 Wolf Pen Gap for some video footage. Phil (Smokescreen) just got a Go Pro to play with.  | ||

Glitch, we do that ride twice a year, started in 2005 with the first SpringFast event. It's a gorgeous road that makes the dragon look like a worm. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/37/ 7966.html?1274402170 We will be doing that ride again in September. My problem is getting any Arizona Buellers to ride farther than 25 miles. I would love to come out and do one of your runs, you guys have some awesome roads! | ||
