Just roll up on your Buell in all the Buell gear you can find. (Message edited by S1wmike on May 20, 2010) |

I would definitely stop by on a Buell with all the other Buell riders I could find. After all, you are living that Harley lifestyle. |

I'd show up, full face helmet in hand and wearing my Buell Vanson jacket. If I was able to find my hat with the forbidden BRAG club patch I'd bring that too. Don't let anger obscure an opportunity. Think about it. |

Yes! a bug-encrusted aerostitch and a quiet Buell would offend all of the pirates! |

so ratbuell is the guy who hasn't washed his bike in that long. The guy I bought my buell from told me about that guy. +1 on showing up in all Buell gear. That would be awesome |

he is only one of the people here that haven't washed their bike. My Blast is only getting cleaned up because i am doing major work to it and road grime and motor internals don't mix well. |

Excessive washing is part of the Harley lifestyle. At the sign of the first gnat splat, you must wash and polish the entire ride, that is assuming you get gnat splats in the first place since you are probably still washing the bike when everyone else is riding. I will say that is one problem with owning a white cycle, the bug splats on the front are extremely visible. Would be better to show up with track gear and a cycle that has sponsor stickers all over it, maybe Erik should loan someone an 1125RR or 1190 for this. |

My XB12Ss is a daily rider, my only transportation, and I ride her in any and all weather. Needless to say she is dirty, and people hound me all the time to wash my bike. I tell them to wash it for me if it bothers them, my bike was purchased for me to ride it, not to wash it. So far, nobody has washed it for me yet, other than my old man, and the dealership... guess it doesn't bother them too bad! About the original topic, show up with the Buell gear, and don't forget to throw them the shocker! |
