This is really a shout out to Delta. Travelling to Detroit today. The Delta messenger emailed me early this morning indicating a delay on one of my legs from LA to DTW. When I checked in with the gate agent I mentioned the delay and asked if I needed to do something. She put me on standby on a different flight, to be on the safe side. I get a call at SLC from said gate agent telling me that the flight I was on was cancelled due to mechanical problems and that she had taken it upon herself to re-book me. Not only did she re-book me but she also put me in first class to make up for the inconvenience!! Now >>THAT<<< is customer service! This is being typed somewhere over Nebraska at 37,000 Ft. |

Air travel sucks. Delays like you said, overpriced food, booze, cramped, smelly people, take off your shoes, ears pop and unlike driving or being on the ground... when something goes wrong you're thousands of feet in the air. Plus that movie where they crashed and had to eat other people... scurrry. |

i doubt that he's looking for a job there. I would laugh except I have been unemployed for 8 months... Doerman, No worries, have a safe flight back! |

Flying to Atlanta on Saturday. Last trip this felon made it onto the plane with a 3.5in locking blade in both directions, even got patted down. Seats are too small but I don't really see much change in air travel other than taking the shoes off. Kinda lame really. |
