the 5 weeks before sentencing is to have a presentence investigation done, so the Judge can give an informed sentence. in the presentence investigation it will have the defendants social and criminal background. In addition, it will have a victim impact statement, where the victim has voice in how the crime effected him. to release him on bond pending sentencing is not unusual, as the defendant previously posted bond while pending trial, and if no irregularities occure, i.e, missed/ late court dates, the judge then decides instanter to have the guilty defendant remain on bond till sentencing. |

so i was talking to my other buddy in the video today about the trial and he tells me about the "trump" card that mikes lawyer pulled out. during the closeing arguments they asked how would mike be going for a gun WITH HIS GLASSES IN HIS HANDS!!!! he had taken them off when he stoped and they were in his right hand. right at the end as soon as he pulls up to mike he takes off his glasses. (you cant see them in the video that has been posted online, well i cant) |

Glasses is what it was? I posted earlier about him either taking something outta his mouth or putting something in, glasses make more sense with getting pulled and all! Hope the individual gets what he deserves, I had to really think whether to use the term 'Police Officer' or not |
