Pirates are covered under both international maritime law, and the Hague Treaty conventions on Warfare. Somebody didnt do their reading. Pirate; technically they are right, there is no DUE PROCESS because the LAW allows you to execute them on the spot. Same as terrorists. lock, load, weapons free. Have a nice day. |
