Ok, my new triple tail bag came in yesterday and I am at home sick today, so I thought I'd take a closer look at the bag. Well, while I was looking at how it attaches to the bike I noticed something that seems wrong to me. On the outside of the bag where the triple tail pocket is, there are two straps to the sides of the triple tail pocket that seem to be sewn wrong. Part of the strap is sewn on the outside of the bag, and part is sewn inside the bag. I just can't see how this will work. Now I admit I am not at full speed today, but I think my bag is sewn incorrectly. Could you guys take a look at this and tell me if it is me or the bag that is messed up today. Thanks Here is the strap on the inside of the bag And here is the strap on the outside of the bag Thanks |

Your bag is correct. That strap is for rolling up the triple tail part. |

Thank you Froggy. The backpack straps make a lot more sense now too. It is good I stayed home from work. |

Yep. You unzip and roll up the triple tail rear panel (there should be a zipper that goes all the way up and around), it hangs in a bundle at the bottom held in place by those two straps, and that exposes the backpack shoulder straps so you can wear it. |
