So I grinned & told him "Sorry, if you don't know that I can't tell you." then walked off. Another driver I'd been chatting with about bikes was in pieces with laughter. I tried my best, but I had to rely on some other people for skills I don't have; and a minor shift in Areas of Responsibility at my workplace closed off my access to the Machine Shop. It's been a long and frustrating emotional roller coaster ride, but I've about run out of time.
