I was looking at camcorders at the bestbuy website and saw this review. Wonder if thats what he told them when he returned it. |

I think I looked at that camera and after reading some reviews I skipped it. |

He said he threw it in the tub. My tub is cast iron, I think most cameras would break if I threw them in there. |

what a maroon! It says right in the description "water RESISTANT" not WATER PROOF. Which most comon retards knows means that it will withstand some moisture, but not submersion! |

these are the people that stick their fingers in outlet sockets... We used to use paper-clips, in science class no less. |

Paper clips? Pshaw! We replumbed the science teachers bench, Gas out the water tap & water through the gas tap, funny as hell when he tried to put out a flaming spill in the sink. Whole class got detention for that one. Time for a "most outrageous thing you did in school" thread maybe. |

we used to fold up foil gum wrappers and jam it in the sockets... basically blew up the wrapper like a fire cracker. oh, and back to the original thread, I dunked a non-waterproof camera in the ocean after forgetting it was slug over my shoulder... long story, but we sent the camera to the repair center saying it just stopped working. Figured we'd see if they would even look at it, or just give us a replacement. They gave us 50% off a refurbished camera after "finding salt crystals in the camera, which voided the warranty". |

Yea Canons SLRs don't float either. I was flyfishing in Canada years ago and "found a round rock on a flat one" and took a cold COLD bath! that camera was fixed and work just fine for years to come until it was stolen anyway. BUT saltwater...yea that'd kill one quick. |

The introduction of a live alligator into the Spanish classroom, the teacher kicking at it, thinking it rubber, and the wild screams and bedlam that ensued became legend. EZ |

Time for a "most outrageous thing you did in school" thread maybe. My uncle was in high school the year they came out with super-glue. They had a quirky teacher (I had him myself before he retired), so as a trick they super-glued EVERYTHING in his room together. ~SM |

Not sure if this is outrageous but i still chuckle. I had a Math Teacher who was the worlds biggest ASS he also considered himself gods gift to woman and JR high. He had many nicknames but one of which was Papa Smurf. He HATED this moniker(It apparently offended his ego) Needless to say as a teenager this was the number one reason to further torment him with it. We would leave Papa Smurf pics etc. One day someone left a porcelain Smurf on his desk. He freaked out swore and threw it against the wall. So the next day I glued a rubber one to his desk |

When I was in Algebra class freshman year in HS--1970, the teacher came in the room and he was obviously a little aggravated about something prior to class. One of the guys in the back of the room said "what's the matter?......didn't get any last night?". Needless to say, the kid in the back of the room was gone in seconds and it was a long day, that hour....... |
