Just saw this on Tail of the Dragon's Facebook page- the Richard Russell Parkway, a great road in the area of April Buell's Day, is closed indefinitely: http://www.whitecountynewstelegraph.com/articles/2 010/03/18/news/news01.txt First the Dragon is closed and now this. It's always marginal, and requires some scouting before a ride. The section they are talking about is pretty bad off. I was one of the people that went around the barricade a couple of weeks ago. Not pretty.
