I noticed the translation too... That is one cruel joke, especially with the extent they are taking it to. |

Even if it is an April fools joke, BRP would be a good fit since they are already in bed with Rotax. |

ok as much as I would love to believe that this is true. My gut tells me its not. BUT Court has remained eerily quite about this. |

Court told everyone the day before the got shut down that the future was bright as could be for Buell. I doubt he knows anything about this if it were true, although I'm sure he would tell you different. Check the date, peeps. |

Web registration info: http://www.enom.com/whois/default.aspx?DomainName= bombermotorcycles.com Address as close as I can get it through Google Maps: +Canada&sll=37.926868,-95.712891&sspn=41.391293,93 .076172&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=Quebec+J0E+2L0,+Canada&l l=45.493533,-72.302742&spn=0.018892,0.045447&z=15, http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&g eocode=&q=Quebec+J0E+2L0,+Canada&sll=37.926868,-95 .712891&sspn=41.391293,93.076172&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear =Quebec+J0E+2L0,+Canada&ll=45.493533,-72.302742&sp n=0.018892,0.045447&z=15 Can't find the actual street though. Street name translates to "The Street in Guard", or "the Street under Watch", if that means anything.... This has to be a hoax because 1.) It started on April Fool's 2.) Erik's non-compete isn't over. 3.) The Facebook page says more info tomorrow. yeah, info like APRIL FOOL'S! I hope the guy that's going to all this trouble gets his ass nailed to the wall. ~SM (Message edited by Swordsman on April 01, 2010) (Message edited by Swordsman on April 01, 2010) |

I'll say this once, regardless of how real this announcement is. "Bomber Motorcycles" is a stupid name for a motorcycle company. Can you imagine all the jokes? Second, the name "Stratofortress" hardly conjures up images of high performance. Why the hell would you name a motorcycle after the B-52? I maintain that this is an elaborate april fools day joke until proven otherwise. If it's true, the people who came up with the names need a whack on the head. |

Wonder if Erik or BRP could get him in some legal trouble? I mean, seems like if I jumped out there and started making claims that Harley-Davidson and I were going to be building V-twin powered wheelchairs (I know, great isn't it?), and I made a huge public display and set up websites and news articles and all that... seems like H-D would drop the hammer on me, no? ~SM |
