They have it linked to their phone so they get an alert message, it's very sad. However there is hope. We, here at Harleyholics, can help these poor souls overcome their cravings for tassels & shiny things. I don't even have a Facebook account. Been thinking of making one for mischief, but that's about all I have need of. Yes my brother has FB linked to his iphone so anything that happens to his "whatever you call it" blasts to his phone. | ||

I never saw the finished product. That looks badass No_Rice! I saw a contest through FB with ICON dealing with tats. Some tattoo artist who rides an artic 9R tattooed ICON on his leg. | ||

I don't read any farther than the first sentence or two. I have read a post or two and it's just "everything harley" crap. They have nothing that interests me.......... | ||

We may be 3%'rs.......but the real Harley riders probably don't even make 2%....regardless that they logged a gazillion miles last year on poker runs. I can't stand them. On the other hand,I have some true friends that ride Harley's and really do "get it".......  | ||

Yeah, FB is defaulted when you sign up for EVERY alert; you have to dig and dig and find the page with all the boxes for you to un-check so they leave you the hell alone. | ||

I un-friended H-D the day they dumped Buell. Our local dealer is dealing on leftover '09s and the '10s are rolling in. They sure are throwing a lot of money into their ad campaign promoting a billion dollars in financing available. They are sponsoring AMA moto-cross and arena-cross of which no Harley competes. It still seems that keeping Buell would have been a better choice. | ||

The AMA facebook page had a same topic post(women riders) and only got 13 comments in 4 hours........go figure. Jb2,re friend harley_davidson. Give them a false sense of "potential" buyers.  | ||

Well, if the report is positive then people like me who ranted raved and condemned will have been proven...ignorant. Having said that, a healthy HD is better than a dead HD or a foreign bought HD. | ||

As one of the ranters and ravers, I never said HD can't be successful... just that they could have been SO much more successful. The evidence of Harley Davidson's ignorance is here already. They paid a small fortune to crush a company that their competitors would have given a large fortune to buy. | ||
