Anyone have a Shark Evoline modular helmet? I need to get a new clear visor and tinted internal visor for my Schuberth and I'm probably going to need to order it from the UK. This is looking like $150 plus shipping which is most of the way to a new helmet that has parts I can really get in the USA. Any thoughts? |

I have an RSR2 and hate it. the support for it sucks too. I have had it "fixed" twice already and its in right now and has been for weeks. I like my scorpion exo700 more than it but still wanted a premium helmet so I just got a RF1100, haven't used it yet but it seems nice. |

Fixed twice and they didn't replace it? Maybe Shark is not a company I want to deal with. Wish Schuberth didn't pull their USA support, and the Canadian dealer won't respond to me even though their auto response system sends me messages. |

nope they did replace on the second time. now I have the replacement getting fixed for the first time. not what I expected from such an expensive helmet. on the up side it is the lightest helmet I have ever worn the shields are super thick and dark and it flows a ton of air. now if only it was built better, its not the big things mind you but the little ones. the snaps in the helmet came loose and the secondary shield lock wore out in 3 months and on my first one the shield was dragging on the shell scratching it. one of the ear cups was deformed and hit a pressure point and shark would not send me a free one so I spent $70 getting new ones and the ear foam itself is covered keeping me from using earphones. |
